What kind of "manual of arms" do you guys practice?

for your 2nd amendment "well regulated" militia meetings? Do you guys do close order drill, or do you mostly just drill in the field with squad and fire team tactics. Do you have inspections.. you know the kind of things implied with "well regulated"?
