Should this horse have shoes?

Your always supposed to put shoes on them, so nothing happens to their feet , like cracking. The conditioner your using is fine, but the cracking could be from him being barefoot, along that his brittle feet. Put shoes on him, and that will help his feet not touch the ground and keep them from cracking.
