Can My Aunt Get In Trouble in Ohio or Lose Custody?

im 16 and pregnant in Ohio and my aunt kicked me out after laying her hands on me, made me walk barefoot in the rain then she followed me and said come back and get your stuff and called the cops. she has full custody of me but called my dad to come get me the cops told her i could stay there for the night but i have to stay with her, well its been almost two months and im still living with my dad who lives in Michigan with a household of 8 and she said i cant come back. she kicked me out because my boyfriend made me a doctors appointment when she refused to and i also didnt finish my last week of school. she kept pushing me down that day and i said to her if i have a miscarriage its on your conscious...she said she will give herself a pat on the back and i have yet to get my things back.
