What exactly does it take to be a Fighter Pilot?

I've been looking all over for information for this, and I have found little to nothing on it, I'm interesting in trying to get into the Louisiana Air Guard's 159th Fighter Squadron (The Bayou Militia), to be more specific. I am 5'5", 20/20 vision, 2.8 GPA (in college), as of right now majoring in Social Studies Education and, according to the Practice ASVAB I took at the Army National Guard Armory, I should recieve about a 90-95 on my ASVAB test. What are the requirements for the Bayou Militia, OR the typical requirements for most Air Force/Air Guard Fighter squadrons to get into an F-15 plane?
